The BACC offers 8 weeks of summer camp for kids who live in the Ballston area. The summer day program is for kids ages 5-12 and the travel program is for kids ages 10-15. Swimming lessons at the village pool are included for the summer day program.
BARC offers summer enrichment each summer for 3 weeks to residents of the Ballston Spa School District.
They typically offer 3-4 weeks of various summers in coding/computer science, art, STEM, cooking, ecology, forensics and more. Registration ends mid-June.
The Brookside Museum offers a week-long archaeology camp called “Brookside Digs” during the summer. It’s geared towards 10-16 year olds, but 8-10 year olds can participate with an adult. .
Camp Abilities Saratoga is a one-week educational sports/recreation camp for children and teens who are blind, visually impaired and deaf-blind. Takes place on the Skidmore College campus (address listed below).

Every summer the BH-BL CSD hosts 1 week of Camp Invention for grades 1-6. (Address listed is the school district office.)
This Skidmore-based camp typically runs for 7 weeks of the summer and fills up VERY quickly. Registration typically starts in Feb/March, Skidmore employees and returning campers get priority registration.
Camp Saradac, located at the Saratoga Springs Recreation Center, is a NYSDOH licensed full day summer camp for children ages 5-15. Our camp offers exciting weekly field trips, creative recreational and educational programs, arts and crafts, weekly swimming, and themed weeks.
